4th of July! (and the 3rd...and 30th of June...)

On the 4th we went to the Riverdale parade. The kids got a bunch of candy so they were excited. Then we met up with Kaitlin and Jordan at the West Point park so Ethan could see some snakes...Coulter was ecstatic! Later that day we went over to my parents to swim and have a barbecue. It was fun to play with everyone and pig out. Then we took Matthew with us and headed to the fireworks in Riverdale. It was a pretty good show and the kids enjoyed it. We finally got home and put the sugared-up kids to bed around 11...it was a long day but it was fun...

The kids watching some people put on a pre-fireworks show...

Ethan checking out the snakes...

On the 3rd we went to Lagoon...We have wanted to take the kids and we were both off of work on Friday so we went. The news was threatening rain but the weather ended up being really nice and it wasn't really that busy. The kids had a great time. Ethan was about an inch too short to go on all of the fast rides so he was pretty bummed but he went on everything he could go on. Rylie enjoyed herself too...

We met up with our friend's, the Topiks, so we hung out with them for awhile and the kids went on the rides together...

On the 30th my friend Janelle and I took the kids down to Discovery Gateway. We rode down on the frontrunner (which they loved) and then went to the Discovery Gateway. The kids loved it! Ethan and Rylie have never been so they had fun playing with everything. I think my kids could have stayed there all day if I would have let them...After that we went to get ice cream, Ethan had a pretty big melt down over a bug (good times) and then we let the kids play in the fountain. The ride back on the frontrunner was pretty interesting. Ethan was being a pill ...I almost left him in Salt Lake...we finally got home though. Kaitlin came over shortly after that to babysit:) so Coulter could take me out for my birthday. It was a great kid free night. Coulter took me to my favorite mexican restaurant and then we went to see a movie. Thanks Coulter and Kaitlin!

Coulter got me this sweet ride for my birthday. It was even a surprise...thanks! My dad laughed when he saw it because he says that Lloyd women don't ride bikes...I was slighty offended but there are a few bad stories involving bikes...

Last Sunday my family came over to celebrate my birthday. This is the only picture we got before the camera died...Rylie was helping me open presents. Thanks everyone for coming over and spoiling me!

#3 is on the way!

For those who don't know, I'm twelve weeks along with baby number three! The four of us went to the doctor's today for the first ultrasound. The doctor says that everything looks good and is normal for this timeframe. The baby should be coming around January 1st. We're hoping a few days early for the tax break. :-)
Ethan is really wanting it to be a boy and is very serious when he tells us that the baby should be named Fluffy. That's right, Fluffy.
Enjoy the pics, feel free to use your imagination!

What we have been up to...be ready for a picture overload

Coulter and I had our first anniversary on May 23rd and we were sealed in the Ogden temple. It was a great day and we are grateful to our family and friends that could share the day with us.

Coutler's sister got married on June 3...congrats Breann and AJ

Kaitlin graduated from High School on June 4! Our cousin Meghan graduated too, I just don't have any pics...congrats Meghan!

My dad turned the big 50 on June 5! We had a big surprise party that night and a bunch of his friends were able to come and celebrate with him. My Aunt Nancy and Aunt Lisa (my dad's sisters) were also able to fly out to be with him. It was a fun day!

Ethan turned 5 on June 7 and he had his first friend party. He had a bug party...the kids got to go on a bug hunt, make butterflies and eat mud pie. Ethan had a great day!

One of Ethan's presents from a friend was a frog habitat so we got Ethan a fire belly toad to go in it. Ethan is pretty much obsessed with his new friend....

Ethan requested a bug cake for his birthday so here is his "inch worm" cake...

Ethan finished up his first season on T-ball. Thanks for the entertainment Ethan!

T-ball and graduation

So I don't know exactly what we have been up to the past month but I know that we have been busy...A couple things I do remember...Ethan started t-ball and it is pretty entertaining. The kids don't really know why they are playing this strange sport and most of them are doing whatever they want. Every single kid does know that they get a treat when the game is over and this is the highlight of the night. We enjoy going and watching Ethan entertain us...he likes to turn over the bases and look for bugs and harass the other boys. Good times...

Ethan also had his preschool graduation on May 20th. The kids sang a bunch of songs and then got to "graduate" from preschool. It was a cute little program and Ethan enjoyed of all his silly songs. Soon he will be in kindergarten, scary I know. I don't know if I'm ready for him to be that old...

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for coming!
*Mother's Day was nice...I had strep though so no pics were taken. Also Coulter, Kirsten and Rylie are alive even though there are no pics of us to prove it.

Graduation Day!

Coutler and Robby graduated from Weber State University on Friday. We are so proud of both of them. I'm excited that Coulter is done with school (for now). He needed a break...We were also very happy that Coulter and Robby both graduated from the business college at the same time so we only had to go to one graduation...good planning boys!
